Order processing

In-stock orders are prepared within 1 business day before they are handed to the carrier.

Products available to order

Products offered with a delayed dispatch date follow the dispatch timeframe shown on their product page. This preparation period is separate from the carrier transit time.

Express shipping speeds up carrier transit after dispatch; it does not shorten the preparation period for products available to order.

U.S. shipping options

Standard shipping: $8. Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment.
Express shipping: $15. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after shipment.

International shipping

We ship from Monterey Park, California, United States (91754). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the destination, shipment weight and package dimensions. Available services may include USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International and DHL Express Worldwide, depending on carrier coverage and shipment eligibility.

International orders do not qualify for the U.S. free-shipping offer. Available services, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Not every service is available to every destination; carrier restrictions and service suspensions may apply.

Unless expressly shown as included at checkout, import duties, destination taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges are not included in the shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can add time to delivery estimates.
