VICTECH clutch friction disc set with a matching cover gasket for the Yamaha TT-R125 versions and years listed below. Supplied as one service set with five friction discs and one cover gasket. See the numbered image for the two component groups included.

Steel separator plates, clutch springs, basket, hub, fasteners, oil seals and engine oil are not included. Inspect the remaining clutch components and replace additional parts as required by the service manual.

Installation & preparation
Inspect the clutch basket and hub for notching, and check steel separator plates, springs and release components against the service manual. Prepare the friction discs as directed by VICTECH and Yamaha; use the specified engine oil and verify plate order, total stack height, tightening torque and clutch free play before operation.
OEM reference note: Yamaha numbers identify original components for comparison. They do not constitute manufacturer-certified interchange for the complete VICTECH 5992 service set. Confirm both friction-disc geometry and the cover gasket against the removed parts.
Material & construction
TEADIT NA-1005 fiber material is used for the included clutch cover gasket (VICTECH 3276), as confirmed by APJ Motorsports.
These TEADIT specifications apply only to the cover gasket, not the five friction discs.
TEADIT describes NA-1005 as a compressed non-asbestos sheet combining aramid and other synthetic fibers with a nitrile rubber (NBR) binder, suitable for applications involving petroleum derivatives and oils.
