VICTECH top-end gasket set for the Yamaha XT250, model years 2008–2025. Supplied as one set with cylinder head, cylinder base, cam chain tensioner and exhaust gaskets. Compare the four supplied gaskets with the parts required for your repair before ordering.

Installation & preparation
Remove old gasket material and inspect the mating surfaces before assembly. Follow the Yamaha service manual for surface preparation, gasket placement, sealant requirements, tightening sequence and torque specifications.
OEM reference note: The Yamaha numbers identify original components for comparison, including separate references for 2008–2012 and 2013–2025 where shown. Manufacturer-certified interchange for VICTECH 3713 has not been documented. This is a VICTECH aftermarket four-gasket set, not a Yamaha OEM kit. The 76 mm measurement refers to the head-gasket opening, not the engine cylinder bore.

Material & construction
TEADIT NA-1005 fiber material is used for two gaskets in this VICTECH set, as confirmed by APJ Motorsports:
- Cylinder base gasket
- Cam chain tensioner gasket
The cylinder head gasket and exhaust gasket are excluded from these material specifications.
TEADIT describes NA-1005 as a compressed non-asbestos sheet combining aramid and other synthetic fibers with a nitrile rubber (NBR) binder, suitable for applications involving petroleum derivatives and oils.
