01 / SHIPPING

U.S. shipping options.

Preparation and transit are separate. In-stock orders are prepared within one business day; estimated carrier transit begins after shipment.

Standard

Free on orders of $70 or more.
Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express

$15

Estimated transit: 1–2 business days
After shipment. Preparation time is additional.

Check the product’s dispatch timeframe. Products offered with delayed dispatch follow the timeframe shown on their product page. Express shipping does not shorten that preparation period.

Available options and charges appear at checkout. Tracking is sent after shipment when available. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances.

02 / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping calculated for your destination.

International rates are calculated at checkout from shipment weight, package dimensions and destination, with no added APJ handling surcharge. Available services include USPS international shipping and DHL Express Worldwide, subject to carrier coverage and shipment eligibility.

See your options before payment. The available services, charges and delivery estimates appear at checkout. The U.S. $70 free-shipping offer applies only to U.S. orders. Not every service is available in every country.

Unless expressly included at checkout, import duties, destination taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges are payable by the recipient. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

03 / RETURNS & REFUNDS

Start your return with APJ.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.

Send your request.

Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return so we can review your request.

02 / ARRANGE

Follow the instructions.

For approved returns, customers arrange and pay return shipping. If APJ confirms an incorrect or defective item, APJ covers return shipping.

03 / REVIEW

Inspection & refund.

Returned items are inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
