Service the wet clutch and reseal the right crankcase cover with this VICTECH set. Supplied as four clutch friction discs and one cover gasket, reference 6088. Steel separator plates, springs and other clutch hardware are not included.

Installation & preparation
Follow the Honda service manual for oil draining, disc preparation, assembly sequence and fastener torque. Inspect the basket, hub, steel plates and springs for wear. Compare all new discs with the removed parts, including the two OEM disc profiles. Verify stack height and clutch adjustment. Clean the cover mating surfaces, fit the new gasket and check for oil leaks after service.
OEM reference note: Honda numbers identify original components for comparison. They are not a claim that this VICTECH set contains Honda parts or a manufacturer-certified interchange of every component. The kit application is confirmed by APJ; compare the exact parts before installation.
Material & construction
Cover gasket: TEADIT NA-1005 compressed non-asbestos fiber sheet, following APJ’s confirmed material specification for these VICTECH fiber gaskets. TEADIT describes aramid and other synthetic fibers bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR), suitable for petroleum-derived oils and other listed fluids. This material specification applies to the cover gasket only.
Sheet material reference limits: continuous temperature 240 °C (464 °F), peak 400 °C (752 °F); continuous pressure 50 bar, peak 110 bar. These are sheet-material limits, not motorcycle operating ratings. Temperature and pressure limits cannot be applied simultaneously; actual suitability depends on the joint, fluid and installation.
Friction discs: friction-faced clutch components. The exact friction compound has not been documented; no carbon, Kevlar, racing-performance or temperature claim is assigned.
