Installation & preparation
Inspect the clutch basket, hub, steel separator plates and springs for wear before assembly. Prepare and install the friction discs in the correct order, and check clutch stack height, service limits, fastener torque and oil specifications using the motorcycle service manual. Replace the cover gasket during reassembly.
OEM comparison and installation: Honda specifies three friction-disc references in a 4 + 1 + 1 arrangement. Compare the supplied disc profiles, inner diameters, tangs, thickness and installed stack height with the original assembly. Follow the service manual for the judder spring, spring seat and disc order. VICTECH-specific dimensional confirmation is still required before describing this aftermarket set as a fully homologated replacement of all three OEM profiles.

Material & construction
TEADIT NA-1005 fiber material is used for the included clutch cover gasket (VICTECH 3367), as confirmed by APJ Motorsports.
These TEADIT specifications apply only to the cover gasket, not the six friction discs.
TEADIT describes NA-1005 as a compressed non-asbestos sheet combining aramid and other synthetic fibers with a nitrile rubber (NBR) binder, suitable for applications involving petroleum derivatives and oils.
