Replacement clutch friction discs and clutch cover gasket for the Yamaha XT250 application described below. This set combines the friction disc replacement and cover resealing components for the same clutch service.

Installation & preparation
Inspect the clutch basket, hub, steel plates and springs before assembly. Prepare friction discs and verify stack height, service limits and bolt torque using the motorcycle service manual.
OEM comparison note: Yamaha XT250 diagrams list four friction discs under 1KT-16321-00-00 and two under 5DH-16321-00-00. These identify the original components; they do not establish a manufacturer-certified replacement of both types by six identical VICTECH discs. Compare disc profiles, plate order and stack height with the service manual. Confirm the included gasket against the original cover, especially across the 2013 model change.

Material & construction
TEADIT NA-1005 fiber material is used for the included clutch cover gasket (VICTECH 3442), as confirmed by APJ Motorsports.
These TEADIT specifications apply only to the cover gasket, not the six friction discs.
TEADIT describes NA-1005 as a compressed non-asbestos sheet combining aramid and other synthetic fibers with a nitrile rubber (NBR) binder, suitable for applications involving petroleum derivatives and oils.
